We assess when they need to charge, how much energy and charging capacity this requires and what your grid connection can support. This shows which solutions are technically and financially feasible now and as electrification grows.
We develop how the charging and energy infrastructure will be arranged at your site, both now and for future expansion. You gain insight into the grid connection, transformer, distribution boards, charging points and cable routes, including an initial investment estimate.
We translate the design into a clear market tender and support the selection of a suitable supplier. We compare proposals on technology, CAPEX, OPEX and service and guide the process through to clear agreements on scope, price, planning, warranties and SLA.
After contract award, we support your project during engineering, construction, acceptance and commissioning. We monitor agreements and technical quality, coordinate with the parties involved and support SAT and handover until the charging site performs as agreed.
After commissioning, we assess whether the charging site continues to match your daily operation and future growth. We review usage, charging performance, costs, SLA, management and electrical installation responsibility and advise on optimisation or expansion where needed.
You do not need to keep every specialist discipline in-house. We support your organisation with independent expertise in DC systems, safety, DC charging infrastructure, energy storage and power electronics, from a specific question to support throughout a longer development project.
1. Quickscan and feasibility
You want to electrify your fleet or adapt your energy supply, but which solution fits your site, operation and organisation? Our quickscan assesses technical and financial feasibility and shows which scenarios are realistic.
We map the vehicles and operation, charging moments, energy demand, required charging capacity, grid connection and technical options. We look at what is needed now and at future stages, such as in three and six years, or another timeline that fits your plans.
We compare multiple scenarios, including CAPEX and OPEX. The client chooses which scenario best fits the operation and investment decision. The result can also support discussions with shareholders, banks or other financing parties.


2. Design and technical development
We develop how the charging and energy infrastructure can be arranged at your site. The schematic design shows the main components and how they are connected, including the grid connection, intake station, transformer or compact substation, distribution boards, charging points, cable routes and relevant civil works.
We size the main components at a high level to support an initial CAPEX estimate. The design also considers future expansion, for example now, in three years and in six years, or another phasing that matches your plans. It provides a technical basis for investment decisions, financing, permits and the RFQ.
3. Market tender and supplier selection
We translate the selected design into a clear RFQ and define the technical and functional scope, planning, warranties, service and SLA. Together with the client we determine which market parties to approach and which selection process fits the project. We compare proposals technically and commercially, support supplier discussions and negotiations where required and guide the process through to a signed contract, including final scope, price, planning, warranties and SLA.


4. Project support and implementation
After contract award, we support the client during engineering, construction, handover and commissioning. Depending on the assignment, we monitor technical quality, planning, actions, changes and additional work and coordinate with the supplier, installer and other parties. During handover we support the SAT, review documentation and outstanding items and remain involved where needed until the charging site performs as agreed.
5. Advice and support during operation
After commissioning, we assess whether the charging site performs in practice as assumed in the quickscan and design. We review actual usage, energy consumption, charging performance, availability, OPEX, SLA, maintenance and supplier performance. We can also advise on the organisation and assurance of electrical installation responsibility. Depending on the client’s needs, this can be a one-off, periodic or annual independent audit, including advice on optimisation and future expansion.
