A big smile
It is Monday morning, around eight o’clock. You press the button on the coffee machine and hear the grinder start. As fresh black coffee pours steaming into your cup, your colleague George walks in with a smile.
‘Hey George, good morning! You’re here nice and early again,’ you say. ‘Absolutely! Ready to start the week together with plenty of energy,’ he replies with a broad smile.
Once George has his fresh coffee too, you walk into the open office together, where several other Green Fellows are already busy at work.

That is what your Monday morning can look like when you work with us. As an expert in one of our fields, you may work for different clients and on different projects than your Green Fellows colleagues. You still stay connected by working together from our office every Monday morning, each on your own project.
Why? Because we think that matters.
Building a real connection does not work if you never see your colleagues or only know someone as ‘the person from the timesheet’. We want to know what you are running into and how we can help. We also want to know where you want to develop and how things are going outside work.
